The bag is exactly as pictured and described. I love it! It matches my bikes Color's perfectly! Lots of room. Highly recommend.

The roll top backpack is of wonderful quality, and it's evident that a great deal of care went into its handmade construction. It is quite comfortable and offers ample space for storage. The shoulder straps could be slightly more offset to the sides at the bottom to make them less noticeable while wearing it as a backpack. The deep water bottle holder is a helpful feature, ensuring that water bottles stay secure while cycling. I would happily recommend these bags to anyone interested. I look forward to testing it as a pannier and will share my thoughts afterwards.
